Came in yesterday evening, and didn’t realize my drink was made wrong until about 20 minutes away from the store. I called and they said they couldn’t refund over the phone but could come in the next day for either a refund of a drink. Just stopped in and my husband ran in cause I was dealing with my screaming infant. He came back 15 minutes later with a grande, instead of a venti which is what I paid for yesterday. He proceeded to tell me that the girl who helped him inside wasn’t nice or apologetic about the situation. I then went back in and had it remade for the second time, by the guy that was working in the store. He was so nice, had great customer service, made my drink perfectly and I waited a total of 4 minutes. Thanks sir! This starbucks needs to get it together as this has happe

They took 30 mins to complete my order I put my order at 12:22 and it’s 12:45 and the worker Taylor got my drink and still didn’t give it to me and proceeded to give my refund

Brought my teenager to get this drink. She found it on tik Tok. Pretty tasty. Drink alone cost 10 dollars. I always apologize ahead of time for My order and leave a tip.
