Mel is a wonderful worker . She was very patient and sweett and helped me figure out what I wanted to order since I have never been to this location before and I’m a vegan Everyone welcomed me in very happy. I was a little confused on what to oder but she didnt rush me at all. She was very polit and nice. My drink was lovely and warm very yummy. I will defintely be back again. All the workers is a real sweet heart and a pleasure to meet.

Asked and paid for Grande Coffe in my 20oz yeti cup. Machine pours now for employee I’m told but ripping you off or they don’t know how to operate.Cup with so called Grande before cream and cup at home with 16oz of water. Tired of being ripped off.

I don’t go to Starbucks much but when I do always get great service there! Hailey was very professional & polite when taking my order! Atmosphere was very relaxing made me wish I didn’t have to go back to work!! 🍻🍻

I visited this location 3 separate times and had a subpar experience each time on the same drink (strawberry açaí lemonade refresher). I asked for light ice each time. First time I got a venti that was half full. Second time I got a full drink but no strawberries (I had to ask for them). Third time I got a 3/4 full drink and the employee said she could add ice to make it full. I haven’t had this problem at any other Starbucks and this location does not seem to be making it in line with company standard practices. I will not be returning!

This was a serious and unacceptable safety incident. I found a sharp shard of hard plastic inside my drink before finishing it. This was not an ingredient or residue — it was foreign debris consistent with a broken lid, cup, or blending component. Had this been swallowed, it could have caused injury or required medical attention. I immediately stopped consuming the drink. I have retained the object, the cup, and photo documentation. This should be treated as a foreign-object contamination event and escalated to management and quality control without delay. Incidents like this indicate a breakdown in equipment integrity and inspection procedures and pose a real risk to customers. I am posting this so it is addressed seriously and does not happen to someone else.
