Starbucks Coffee Company

It's a Starbucks. We all know what we are in for. It's just this location is unique. While being very nice and modern inside with great welcoming baristas, the outside logistics is embarrassingly difficult. If you are parking within the property, be prepared to be blocked in because the drive through will go right behind you. This location is on a hill. So everything HAS to happen on this hill. Including the long drive through and parking. I was blocked in for about 5 minutes between the lack of planning for this location and the inconsiderate people in the drive through. Not to also throw in the fact I waited 25 minutes for my coffee. As the picture suggests, it was packed, with a total of 23 coffees wating to be picked up. This whole adventure took about half an hour.

Just opened, happy to have one in our little town now. We ordered a hot pepperment mocha, dirty chai, cheeses danish and a chocolate croissant thru the drive thru. All were perfect! Service was terrific and quick. Prices have gone up, but hasn't everything. Just go for a special treat, not on a regular basis anymore ☹️

I always give Starbucks, five stars and some stores. The customer assistance suffers but for the most part it's all good and the hot chocolate and pink drinks are amazing

There is not a single liberal making coffee at this place and it shows, or rather, that’s what it tastes like. All jokes aside, I had so much hope but the espresso tastes burnt and they over sweeten their drink to try to cover it up and their matcha is not mixed in properly. I ordered a couple times already and couldn’t finish a single one. Hoping they get better though! 🙏

Overall was disappointed with my drink, i asked for light ice..they gave me no ice. and on top of that they filled my cup half way up with milk foam instead of the actual drink, the drink itself was way too bitter and tasted like no sweetness was added. i understand there is a lot of customers at the moment but if they want to keep it that way make the orders right.
