Horrible service. I asked for my drink with oat milk, I told them it wasn’’t and they brought me back out the same drink telling me it was oat milk. They REFUSED to remake, which is crazy. I’m lactose intolerant, I can tell the difference in every version of milk, smh. Then I had to get back in the drive thru line to get my refund. Horrible service.

They have been great every time I have stopped by! One of the baristas introduced me to my new FAVORITE drink. I almost always get a Almond milk iced matcha and she suggested I add brownsuger to it and it's been a game changer! Such a lovely lady I wish I caught her name but it's been a few months since the recommendation.

Glad to see new staff! Service is excellent now. Thank you to who made the necessary changes. Old review: Wow. This review is zero stars for service. The tall female working Sunday morning Nov 28th is horrible. We watched her act like she was cleaning the whipped cream dispenser for close to 10 minutes. When a lined formed behind us a woman politely said people were waiting to order. She replied something rude in response. We gave up and left. To the store manager- if she is all you can get for help please do everyone a favor and close your shop.

I don’t think they know how to make the matcha latte. I would order something else from here.

Love the baristas at this location. I am here often and they always make the best coffee's and have such great attitudes. You guys are awesome! Keep up the good work.
