Barista that worked march 28th,1:00pm wasn't ideal. I've been here a few times and have scanned the barcode that gives me points, no problem usually. This barista argued with me saying I can only scan the barcode if I'm paying with a card on the app. She was so adamant about it I just said nevermind and ordered my drink. Which she didn't seem to understand what size I was asking for. Not sure if she is new but I would recommend probably training her a bit more.

The barista today at 4:50pm was very rude. I was telling her my order, and she she cut me off to say “wait give me a second” there’s nothing wrong with that but her tone was very disrespectful. Not even a hello or anything while ringing me up. She looked like she did not want to be there. While waiting for her to take my order she was laughing at, rolling her eyes, and talking about a young girl who was crying, which I found to be very insensitive. When she gave me my drink she just pushed it onto the counter and turned quickly, didn’t even ask if I needed anything else. I then proceeded to ask her for a straw while she was busy Doing something else, and she threw it very rudely on the counter and went off to do whatever she was doing. Very bad customer service. Would give it a zero star

Fast and friendly service! I always get exactly what I ask for! No complaints! I’ll be back as usual!

The batistas at this Starbucks are not capable of setting the coffee grind correctly. Your ground coffee will be different every time, even from the same person who did it correctly before. It's been years since they serve their customers like this.

When into the store at 6:30PM hoping to get a breakfast sandwich I asked for the Bacon and Gouda and was told that they didn't have it. So then I asked for the Sausage send Egg and she was like I can give you that one ! Then she looks at her oven and tells me oh I just cleaned the oven and turned it off ....Um I don't care that you just cleaned it your schedule says 7PM that means that you should b serving things until 7PM!!!! I don't normally do reviews but this infuriated me !
