Starbucks Coffee Company

If I order coffee, I expect my order to be correct. I totally get it. I understand mistakes happen. We all make mistakes, but when I repeat my order several times and given a completely different order especially with milk, which I explained I can not have, there's a problem. I asked the cashier, no milk right. The cashier said no dairy. Lies!!! I drank it and found out there was milk in it. My stomach suffered so badly. I wish I wasn't this way, but here I am. So, never again will I step foot in this location or any Starbucks. Exaggerated? Maybe, but 6 hours in pain because employees are not paying attention speaks volumes about this location and employees. For shame.....😑

This particular location went above and beyond to make me a very special drink. They did a really good job and met the expectations. Thank you for listening to my needs/ requests and taking the time to do it right.

I stopped by today and got a honey citrus mint tea it was good i also order a hot chocolate and it was horrible it looked like warm water and foam it didn't taste nothing like hot chocolate.

Usually i like going here but they recently hired AMY (this old bitter lady) who is sour as hell with a disgusting attitude. I would suggest the starbucks on Mountain.
