Starbucks Coffee Company

I am a Starbucks member and customer. I live in Boston. I came to this area for work today and I entered this Starbucks because I had to use the restroom and asked for the password of the restroom. They said they could only give me a password if I bought something. I already said that I wouldn’t buy anything today, I already had Starbucks coffee in my car. I even brought the coffee in my car and showed it. (I’m attaching a photo of the coffee in my car.) Still, they didn’t give the restroom password. It was a Starbucks rule. Nonsense. Someone who said she was the manager also supported the others. I bought coffee, got the password and used the restroom . And I threw the coffee I bought in front of the employees. This is honestly one of the better Starbucks locations I’ve been to. The staff is always friendly, orders are right, and everything runs smoothly even when it’s busy. You can tell the manager does a great job.

I come to this Starbucks pretty often and it’s always a good experience. Drinks are consistent, the staff is friendly, and the place is well organized. Clearly good management here.

Went in to get a white chocolate mocha, when I received the drink it felt super light I opened the cap to see they filled the drink mostly with foam, so I asked the barista if he could remake the drink without any foam. His reply back was “ you didn’t ask for no foam” with an attitude and a smirk. Like I’m sorry ain’t I a human can’t I forget something or make a mistake, and also isn’t Starbucks policy is we will remake your drink as many times as it takes until it’s right. All I was asking for a new drink without any foam I don’t think it’s that hard. Unfortunately I just left it didn’t seem he wanted to remake the drink or help a customer out and it was empty the store also the drive thru I was the only customer there thru the drive thru. The team is welcoming, attentive, and always makes sure orders are just right. The environment is warm and inviting, making it a great spot to enjoy a coffee break anytime.
