Extremely Disappointed – Won’t Be Returning My husband and I always stop at this Merrimack Starbucks when we visit the outlets, but after today (June 1st), we won’t be back. The experience was nothing short of frustrating. The girl at the register didn’t greet me, didn’t smile…..nothing. Instead, she barked “What can I get you???” like I was inconveniencing her just by walking in. That’s absolutely not how you treat customers. I ordered my usual drink (which I get regularly at other Starbucks locations): a triple shot of espresso in a venti iced cup with 3 pumps of white chocolate mocha and oat milk. When I received it, the cup was barely half filled….looked like it belonged in a tall, not a venti. There was hardly any oat milk. When I politely asked for a little more milk, she stared
