This place is my favorite place when I came to visit in VA they get it done perfect and very welcoming..

My husband and I can to this location for a coffee, did not realize it was red cup day. The associates were all so cheerful and smiling despite how busy they were. When customers asked for an estimate on how long it would be for their order they answered with grace, not with attitude. I just want to acknowledge how professional and friendly they all were, despite the chaos they were working through!

Did not have a good experience at this location. I came to this location on 8/8/2025 with my friend and her son from Virginia Beach, headed to DC. I placed an order at 11:32am which totaled $40.54. Cool. The young lady that took my order was very polite and nice. However, we either were forgotten about or just looked over. When we got in there it was about 4-5 other people waiting around. Cool, no problem. However as we’re waiting more people came in and seemed to get their items before we did. Yes, I took in account mobile orders, but no, these were people that ordered in line AFTER us. We ordered 3 drinks and a wrap. Nothing 2 difficult, however one after the other, people were receiving their items before us. I clearly thought, just like with many other establishments, it’s a first come

I have been to many locations and this one had me feeling even more welcomed as the atmosphere with the Music 🎵 was a plus. Of course, my beverage was on point as well and you can tell that the baristas were comfortable and the customer service was excellent. It was well worth the stop while navigating the Richmond, Virginia area.

Mobile order, two venti drinks , made right. Organized and clean location. Staff is courteous and helpful. You have inside and outside seating. Clean bathroom . Next to planet fitness . Stop by after a work out or dinner 👍
