Soo not understanding why yall are putting Felisha on my bag??? When you guys clearly see MY NAME IS ELISHA WITH AN “E”!! But due to Madison heights being the ones who made my order. We know it’s racial?? Not funny at all, and my food was cold and my drink isn’t the best either! The next time I see any “racial” jokes towards my name, I’ll personally come up there and ask you guys to pronounce my name CORRECTLY!! Have a blessed Monday 👌🏽😘

I'm sooo disappointed, for my son. He wanted Starbucks, he insisted on Madison Heights...the 1st young lady was professional and polite...But the gentleman fixing the drinks...Poor customer service, rude. Attitude for no reason, and when I said I'm sorry thinking I misheard him, he then AGAIN rudely let me know my drinks were ready...and the amount of ice, I maybe had half a cup of drink..Honestly McDonald's has a better Frappuccino

Today at 6:05 pm I ordered an espresso macchiato. I asked for a double shot with just a little foam. But they gave me a full cup of milk. I explained that I only wanted a bit of foam in the smallest cup. She changed the cup, but then filled it up with milk again! I got so frustrated that I threw it in the trash right in front of them and walked out. The problem is they don’t take the time to actually listen. They act like, “Oh, okay, okay, we got you,” but they really don’t listen at all—it’s crazy

I cannot express how happy the staff at this Starbucks makes me. Jordan always has a smile on his face and asks about how life is going, and Angelina is so incredibly kind and always give a little extra whipped cream in my dog’s pup cup :) I have never had a bad drink from here and I will ALWAYS be a regular! I love this Starbucks so much!

I come here ALOT and the staff are always amazing. My Strawberry Açaí Refresher is always 10/10. Shoutout to Jordan who has my order memorized 😂 My favorite Starbs location 💯
