Starbucks Coffee Company

I have stop by starbucks a lot of times but I must say the baristas here really made my day! I’ve been a coffee lover all my life and i know the coffee shops can be really busy at times but they really took the time to make sure customers are satisfied and enjoyed their drinks. Lovely experience!

Not sure why this store has such low rateings my experience was a solid 4 star experience. They need at least three employees on after 12:00pm so maby it's lack of employees slowing down the drive through when they get busy and not keeping up with Starbucks standards for coffee times but this is a good store.

DO NOT STOP HERE! I ordered an iced coffee two days in a row, and both tasted awful. There was a terrible sour flavor, so I asked if the half and half was expired, but they confirmed it was still fresh. I don’t know what they’re doing to the coffee here but it doesn’t taste anything like Starbucks coffee. Makes me wonder about all the other food/drinks they prepare.

They somehow got my drink wrong twice and then acted like I was the bad guy for asking for it to be remade. Normally I wouldn’t even ask but they gave me a coffee drink when I asked for matcha and used dairy milk when I asked for non-dairy. The third time they made the drink, it was slammed onto the counter with an eye roll.

Everyone of the employees had earbuds in and then acted like they couldn’t hear your order. Even the drive through person had an earbud in. I realize I am a little older but did not look professional for the customer service industry. Smile, be polite and don’t forget the little things- like straws, lid toppers and courtesy. This is a travel location. Store looked great and the drinks were awesome.
