The Palmer Massachusetts location is where I went. Tay, Tony, and Marcy were fantastic! They promptly brought us hot, fast food and were incredibly generous and gracious to me and my kids. Even on their first day, they came to work on time and managed to work efficiently despite the two feet of snow. ❤️ Thank you so much for everything!

Staff is always very nice and friendly. They have never messed up my drink which I greatly appreciate (although we are all human, they never drop the ball on my order!) I always order ahead on the app and my drink is always prepared and ready.

I recently visited the Starbucks in Ludlow during what must have been one of their busiest times—a Friday rush combined with a 50% off event and the usual drive-thru traffic. The store was packed with customers, including many teens and young people. Despite the overwhelming number of orders and some customers displaying impatience and negativity, the baristas handled the situation with remarkable professionalism and expertise. The staff at Ludlow Starbucks demonstrated exceptional patience and positivity under pressure. They worked tirelessly to meet everyone's order needs quickly and accurately, all while maintaining a friendly demeanor. They don’t always get it right and they have their good days and bad days but every now and then they touch the atmosphere of greatest Starbucks on earth. Like when they gave me this wonderful iced water. Update: Ask about Denise! SHES THE BEST!!!

Before I moved this was my go-to Starbucks. Always very friendly. They do get quite busy sometimes but always have a pleasant experience
