Consistent Starbucks quality and experience. Things can get quite busy here and larger tables are limited, making it difficult to find a seat at times. The set up with the line starting in the back of the store can cause the line to double back which confuses people as people in line mix with people waiting for drinks. Overall a solid location with plenty of parking, though the many shops also compete for the same spaces. Highly recommend trying the new Brown Sugar Oatmilk Cortado!

Very nice Starbucks location nestled in a strip of shops. Very popular for students and people to post up with laptops or simply just hang. My mom lives around the corner so we come here often. The sushi next door is great too!

I usually have a good experience but today my sister ordered a lemonade and when she got it, it was clear and tastes like water with a DROP of lemon juice. I went up to the barista and asked if he could add more flavor because it didn’t taste like anything and he didn’t do anything. It was a waste of $5. Ill add a pic, do better :)

Gave me the wrong drink I ordered a gingerbread chai they instead gave me a peppermint mocha thing

I have been very disappointed with the quality at the Longmeadow Starbucks. I just went into pick up a mobile order that my boyfriend placed. My beverage is a Venti White Chocolate Mocha No Whip and No Foam. The sticker clearly states all three of these requests. However, 99% of the time that I go in to pick up my order there is foam. I hate to waste the beverage so I have gotten to the point that I request more steamed milk and request to have the foam scrapped off rather than making an entirely new beverage. I made this request today. However the barista dumped out a quarter of my beverage and stated, "there is foam so I need to dump some out". Rather than the foam dumping into the sink my beverage did. The foam remained in the cup. She then steamed milk and took the foam off
