I didn't have a complicated order. It is just a grande, hot pumpkin spice latte. The only unusual piece to it is that I wanted it half calf. I don't have time for them to remake my drink or anything. But when I got the drink was less than half full. This picture is before, I had a chance to even take a sip.

I hate to leave a poor review but this has been happening way too much! First let me say...the customer service is usually good when I go through the drive through... however the baristas are a hit or miss! I pay for extra inclusions and only get the regular serving. Sometimes not even that. One time I paid for extra strawberry inclusions and got 3 strawberries floating at the top!! I counted! It was so weird. LOL. I didn't want to be labeled a 'Karen' so I didn't go back and say anything. But I didn't even get the regular serving. THIS is why I stopped tipping!! If you're going to be stingy with inclusions then don't make us pay extra for them ....simply don't give us the option to request any extras because it is thievery to charge us but not deliver the goods. They do that with pumps

Just had the DUMBEST experience here….i ordered a simple espresso with cream in it. THATS IT. And Jakobe and the rude lady at the window had a problem with this. I wasn’t asking for extra sweeteners or a fancy milk or anything crazy. I literally asked for more of the FREE creamer that they keep at the front of the store for people to use as they need and he seemed to have a problem with it and said this is against policy. He also said if he saw me using too much of the cream that is free at the front of the store he would be “having a talk with me” lol I couldn’t help but laugh and this is absolutely ridiculous and going too far. The service here is very all over the place. Sometimes friendly but most of the time very rude snappy obviously miserable people. I don’t care how big of a compan

I just had a very unfortunate situation just happen. I was sitting doing some work for an hour or so and then got approached from a male worker telling me “the lobby is for paying customers and did I want to purchase something”. There was no seek to understand at all. Had he approached me differently he would have realized that I did purchase something earlier that day and then had to run errands before coming back to do some work. My frustration is that there were absolutely NO customers so I wasn’t in any bodies way. I had my AirPods on and wasn’t bothering anybody. I also come to this location all the time, even 2 days in a row. I immediately left although I still had stuff to do as I felt uncomfortable being there.
