Waited 15 minutes to order in drive through. Item posted on drive through menu. Not blocked out. Only to get to order and item not available “til new board comes out “. lol. Manage your corporate store. Cover up what you don’t have. Cancelled order. Simple yes?

Surprised some reviews are negative, visited twice on way to/from on I-20, found this location clean, comfortable and friendly

This location never has any seasonal flavors, and are consistently out of flavors. Additionally, the quality of the drinks at this location, just doesn't measure up to the others.

Usually more of a local coffee shop person, but I stopped here to charge my laptop during a long trip, and it's a convenient stop: lots of comfortable seating and charging ports, nice and fast service, and clean restrooms.

I went to this location one afternoon for the first time about a week ago, and a barista who had black hair and a septum had a nasty attitude with me. Didn’t have a name tag on so I don’t know who she was. I wasn’t rude at all to begin with so this immediate hostility really upset me. Don’t really wanna go back to this one in the off chance I see her again.
