Starbucks Coffee Company

These girls are miserable. They are so rude. I got on here to see if other people have the same experience and I guess im not alone. This is the only starbucks closest to me, so I have to go often unfortunately. I literally leave there feeling so unsettled and like I was an inconvenience to the people that work there. The girls working will literally be laughing and joking behind the counter with one another and the second you need their attention, they go straight faced and rude. The other day I was in my car about to go into starbucks and sitting in the car next to me were two girls that work there and they were FULL ON making out! Like hot & heavy for real 😳 The heavy set manager doesn't take anything these girls do seriously. She's just as bad as they are. Hopefully corporate will get

Love that I place my order, and drive up and pick right up from the counter no waiting in the usually long line.

Workers rolling their eyes when customers walk up. Drinks do not taste like real Starbucks. Not a convenient location. No straws. Dirty.

This Starbucks has very quick, professional and polite employees. They did a great job getting my drink out to me quickly and they made it very well. FYI: If you are using the app to pay, you do not get stars at this location and it does not allow you to tip them through the app.

I went to the counter and asked for a cup of ice and a cup of water. Heavy set girl she looks Hispanic maybe said a caramel Frappuccino. I look at her confused and I said no…a cup of water and a cup of ice. This fool proceeds to pour water in the cup and put ice in another cup and slammed the cups on the counter and took her apron off and left. Never in my life have I went to Starbucks and asked for a cup of water and got just that literally. She didn’t even ask if I wanted ice in my cup. To top it off, the water is not even cold!! Going forward I guess I will say a cup of ice water. This is ridiculous! No thank you, have a good day, or nothing. It’s not my fault you work at Starbucks! If you’re so unhappy, go get ANOTHER job!!!! What happened to the customer service skills at Starbucks!!
