Starbucks Coffee Company

These folks apparently weren't interested in serving a white man. I walked up to the counter in an almost empty I-90 oasis, watched these folks just talking to each other, Ignoring me & couldn't give a rip about the One customer in sight. I wondered if I was being to judgemental so I went back in and a skinny white girl with colored tattoos all over who served me a Grande Pikes. I had to show her that the lid drink hole can't be placed over the cup seam because that generally always leaks there. Why must she be told? I'm done with Starbucks. You're overpriced, but that didn't stop me, it's was the people you hired and apparently didn't train AT ALL!

There's three people working, 1 takes orders, 1 makes drinks, the other just stands there on their phone talking to the others distracting them.

OMG, WONDERFUL experience with my large order! I don't understand all the negative reviews. Coffees and lemonade delicious and scrumptious sandwiches! Dynasty was the friendliest and most efficient person working at any Starbucks I've ever been to. THANK YOU!!

Starbucks has taken corporate greed to a whole new level. I paid $7 for their largest Refresher, only to receive a cup barely half full because I asked for no ice. Instead of providing the full amount of the drink I paid for, they shortchange customers to cut costs. This is nothing but a shameless cash grab. For a company that prides itself on customer experience, they sure don’t mind ripping people off. Save your money—there are plenty of better coffee shops that actually give you what you pay for.
