If you think you are going to use the lobby or bathroom, call ahead to see if it's open. Poor management. Talked to district manager. Clearly prioritizes morning shift rather than the rest of the time. Very frequently shuts lobby in afternoon "because we are short staffed." They can have 7 people in the am staff roster but 2 in the afternoon. Have come through 10+ times and have the lobby closed more than half. For a starbucks at the end of Yellowstone for people that drive long distances is very poor customer relations to shut the lobby.

Anna is rude and half the time the scan for my points don't register. I generally give them business 2 to 3 times a week but I'm done doing so. I'll go to the Starbucks in Billjngs on King or Mazevo here in Laurel from now on where my business is appreciated.

Why is the lobby of this starbucks always closed? Why is the manager indifferent? If this is what the new CEO meant by "Getting back to their roots", I'd be ashamed.

The service was very slow. One of the girls made my drink too sweet and i couldn’t finish it.

Drinks were good and extra condiments were also actually added like asked for cake pops were delicious
