Convenient location off 215 or 95 on North Durango in the Montecito Shopping Center. Free parking with handicap parking and handicap access. Interior is very nice, neat and cozy. The staff was great, very friendly, cheerful and happy. They work well together. Wait in line was minimal. Short wait for the coffee. They accept credit cards. Indoor and outdoor seating is provided. There is drive up service.

Garbage management at this location they never get my order right and I end up waiting over 15 minutes in line for an iced matcha ... No apologies no quick turn around to get a drink excuses everytime . Do better !! Never experienced this ineptitude growing up in the Pacific Northwest where Starbucks was born . Seriously you are losing my buisness and many others. Deplorable!!! The made a hot matcha with protein when on the screen I ordered iced.... so simple !!

Employees here talk to each other too much and are too slow to serve customers their order. I've been waiting 10 minutes and there are others who ordered before me waiting for their order. Less talk and concentrate on getting out customers order more quickly would be more professional.

Avery and her team were amazing. I need a medicine tea and it’s not on DoorDash or uber eats and they were so helpful with navigating me thru the order I’m at work and have sick person at home.. please give them recognition for their amazing customer service.

This is by far the slowest Starbucks in Las Vegas and unfortunately it’s the closest to my house. Been sitting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes, on a Sunday at 2:30pm. I’m here for my kids because the last time I came here I ordered a hot white mocha, which went into the trash because the milk tasted sour, so I’m not having anything and taking any chances. Unacceptable. Get it together!
