Starbucks Coffee Company

this is truly a great Starbucks location, I have been studying here for a few hours 2 or 3 times a week and I have always been greeted and had a delicious drink. The manager and all of his staff are extremely attentive and kind.

Went through the drive-through at this location and had a really bad experience. The barista at the window dropped our drink directly into my partner’s lap. It spilled all over him, the seat, the car door, and the floor. Instead of apologizing or offering help, she turned and laughed with a coworker, then asked if we needed more napkins. There was no concern shown at all. Because of how much liquid spilled, I had to get my car’s interior detailed. Accidents happen, but the lack of apology and basic courtesy was unacceptable. Very rude and unprofessional staff. It's not hard to be a decent human being, do better.

Service was okay, coffee and food good (thought that blonde roast is medium or medium-dark not light!) bathrooms are dirty and lobby is cold.m so not good for working unless you want to wear jacked and gloves. Otherwise nice to have this new coffee joint. Prefer local but they didn’t make it so I’ll take this.
