Starbucks Coffee Company

Placed a mobile order for 1 drink 12 minutes before arriving. Pulled up to drive thru speaker and was told it was ready. Waited another 10 minutes to get to window to be told it wasn't ready and that they were still making it. I asked for a refund and to cancel my order and cashier said she doesnt know how to do refunds. Called store after I left asking for a refund and was told I could come back and they could figure out how to do it. It can't be canceled in the app. Horrible customer service. Don't go there. Go to the one in Kroger instead.

Ordered 2 espresso drinks. Pumpkin Spice Latte and a Mocha. The PSL was ok, but the Mocha was the worst one I've ever had. I couldn't get it remade due to already being back on the interstate. Possible that we just happened to come at a time when the person making the drinks was new??

Felicity was awesome! She was in the drive through and compliment my earrings and made my experience awesome. THANK you! I will be driving out 15 minutes just for the great service!

They get my order right every time! Everyone that works there is so kind. My order is always ready super fast and it’s the only Starbucks in the area that makes my drink perfect every time! And the driver thru is a plus!

Good experience although it was very slow in the drive'thru. Coffee was a Caramel Latte which was made perfectly.
