So While In Target 🎯 shopping I decided to go by Starbucks for a Nice Kiwi 🥝 refresher. But when I got to the counter to order my drink I saw a (Fly) 🪰 in the food Display and on the counter tops and on drink containers in the back, so I asked the worker is they saw what I saw and he said yes . I asked was he going to whip things down he said no so I said no with my money. Please do better with Sanitation especially during this time as we are still in a pandemic. Train your associates to be courteous kind and clean and not to get upset when someone points out some thing that shouldn’t have to be pointed out by a customer very very poor sanitation values I hope the heck comes in and see the truth !!!!!

I hate to be the bitter person here, I’ve always had an okay experience here. I order and always get what I ask for, however, if your opening time states 8am and you( the coworker) is late and I ask for a warm butter croissant, you’re not suppose to give me attitude. It’s no ones fault you’re late, but your own. At least apologize and correct the issue by either refunding me the money for the croissant or just APOLOGIZE. Don’t get an attitude when you put yourself n that position. Thank you!

Today I had the Spinach Feta Wrap and it was just the way I like it - fresh off the grille, hot, and ready for eating! I paired this with one of Starbucks (Passion Fruit) Refreshers, which was amazing! Tip: I will say this, if you do less ice and extra berries you will find that your drink is quite delightful!

It's a nice place for me to get some work done remotely my husband and I travel and work quite a bit out of state and I usually come here to work on my online business while I wait for him to get off work... the barristas who take my order upfront are nice but some have made snarky comments when you ask for something so minor like napkins "we are all out"..how? and like refilling the bathroom tissue, she said "go home and use it" ..what?.. I don't think after drinking a full cup one should have to drive clear across the city to go home and use the bathroom when this is a public Cafe with a restroom for customers, if that is the case remove the bathroom out of the building.. otherwise it's an OK place to chill and work for a few hours. Whoever was working at 3:15 pm Saturday February 9th deserves a raise. That young lady was working her butt off and she was the only person back there. The reason I rated 3 stars is that she was the ONLY person back there. As a person she deserves 10 stars. Whoever is in charge of scheduling deserves 1 star. There is NO reason in the middle of a Saturday for only 1 person to be scheduled. I used to work at Starbucks in Harris Teeter over 10 years ago and I’m sad to see that this practice is still being implemented. And it’s not just the employee who suffers. When I see a long line of people waiting to get coffee I’m likely to just take a pass and go elsewhere for my product or just make it at home.
