Terrible Customer Service Experience I have always been a loyal Starbucks customer, and I have never experienced such poor service as I did today. The two employees who assisted us were incredibly unprofessional, and in particular, Kattya (or Kaksia) was extremely rude to both my daughter and me. Starbucks is not just selling coffee; it is also selling an experience and good customer service—something customers are willing to pay for when it's done right. However, this encounter left a very bad impression. If Starbucks wants to maintain its reputation, it should be more careful with the employees it hires. This was truly a disappointing experience, and I hope the company takes action to ensure better service in the future.

​I ordered a matcha iced latte with strawberry cream. The first time, the strawberry whipped cream was flavorful and pink, but today the male barista must not have studied the recipe. The whipped cream was white and tasteless. The taste was juat heavy cream. The ratio was also off—too much cream and not enough matcha latte. And three scoops of matcha powder should be enough to make it rich, but it was too weak. Not green color at all. Please, study the recipe and learn how to make it right. also short staff made people wait so long.

The service at this Starbucks is terrible. Not only is it extremely slow, but these three employees provide the worst customer service in the world. It's a shame, as a loyal customer of the brand, to be treated like this. They should be better trained because when you buy coffee, you are also buying an experience.

Baristas are pleasant and friendly! Lovely to talk to if they aren’t too busy. My drink is always made correctly here and tastes great. The food tastes good, especially with sriracha. They’re fast when staffed and not alone. It bums me out when I see one of them working alone, but the service is still satisfactory. My only wish is for more seating options besides the sushi bar. I recommend this Starbucks to anyone who wants a great drink from kind baristas.
