One of the less crowded Starbucks, but also it’s inside Target. Service was fast The staff is amazing :)

I've been coming to this Starbucks for quite sometime to have my whole bean French Roast ground for me. I have yet to see anything short of Great customer service. Everyone I have dealt with in this store has great customer service skills and they all seem to have a very upbeat and positive attitude. Kudos to you all at this store. You all are a great asset to Starbucks.

Lady at the counter was rude, they were busy and I needed a straw. Reached in to get a straw and she snapped at me, glared and threw one on the counter and walked away. Other lady that made drinks was nice.

Was in line on 12/24/2023 with a lot of other folks. The lights were on inside when we got in line. There were about 4 other cars in front of us, or more. We waited about 26 minutes before I walked to the car by the squawk box and asked if anyone had talked to him; he said no. I said, "you might want to drive up to the window because I am not sure that anyone is working; I called twice and no one answered, and the Starbucks on Lancaster is open." He drove on. I had to talk to the next car in front of us also; we just wanted to go at this point, as it has been 36 min. Very rude to not let us, a long line of us know that they were closing and would not serve us. The lights on the sign and kiosk in the drive through line never went off. Very disappointed in the coffee chain. #golancasterstsrb
