Margarita Factory Keizer

What a great find! Came in on a Tuesday night and the restaurant was pretty full. We sat down quickly, with fresh hot chips and tangy salsa delivered right away. Angel and Maria came to take our order, they were awesome! Our food was delivered super fast. The taco plate with 2 fish and 2 carnitas tacos, rice and beans. Really good! Enchiladas Mole' were exceptional! Flan for dessert was a great finish. Salem/Keiser really needed a place like this, Upscale Mexican. We look forward to coming back to try more tasty food!

Margarita Factory was delicious. The food was excellent. I had the Baja fish tacos, coconut shrimp and my beautiful date had the Empanadas! She also had a couple Margaritas to spice up the night! The atmosphere is great and all the people working were very friendly. Our waitress was Hailey she was very helpful and attentive she got everything we needed! We enjoyed eating there for dinner and we will definitely be back for more! They even do a Margaritas to go! Definitely recommend.

Our waitress Anya was wonderful. Attentive and absolutely on it even though it was busy. The vibe was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious. The carnita tacos? Perfect. The ceviche? I need more. Everything came out in a timely fashion. Go for happy hour. Get the margarita flight. I HIGHLY recommend the Coco Channel margarita.

I had heard about this restaurant for awhile and was hoping it was worth the wait. We were greeted immediately and found our party. There was plenty of seating to choose from. We chose the tall tables, but there are booths and regular tables. Music was playing and a server was at our table right away. The amount of margaritas is impressive. She walked is through all our options, even a to go option. Who knew!!! She was funny and efficient in a relaxed manner. We all ordered of the lunch menu and the portions were large and delicious. I would definitely recommend stopping here. Although it's a chain, the food tastes farm too fork with fresh ingredients.

This is now my favorite Mexican restaurant in Salem/Keizer. The service is outstanding, food is unique and delicious. My husband and I have tried burritos and the chicken chop salad which may be the best salad in town. Environment is bright and tastefully decorated. I highly recommend
