The food here is pretty nice. The staff are all usually nice. I came here though, and waited 35 minutes just to get a drink that was not that good, and a cake pop which was good. Would I recommend coming here? If they are not busy yes.

I hate to leave a bad review, but after 45 minutes for ONE coffee, I had to say something. I watched several people go up to the counter after me, order and then still get their drinks before me. If it’s going to take over 30 minutes, I feel the barista should at least let us know that coffee orders will be severely delayed.

In a shopping mall with plenty of parking. The store was good sized but with very limited seating. Ordering was easy, but the pickup of orders was lacking. It was at the far end of the store in a corner. You had to weave through the many customers to get to your order. I am used to the baristas welcoming people into the store at our local Starbucks. Not here, but the products were just as good as any other starbucks.

Solid three stars. The food was OK and the coffee was not up to Starbucks' usual low standard but mind you that may have a lot to do with being here on island time! The baristas definitely know how to take their time. After they take the order they have no problem chatting for awhile before starting on making any drinks then when they are done making the drinks, no problem just setting it on top of the espresso machine while they make the next three orders, then call out all of them at once. Not cool. As far as the storefront, it's a Starbucks.
