Arrived in Kaapa, straight off the plane and found this amazing Thai truck. Outdoor seating and amazing Thai food. All vegetarian tofu dishes for us. The pineapple fried rice and panang curry was some of the best we have had. We will be back.more than once before we leave the island. Such a great way to start off our trip.

Absolutely loved my experience at 8E88 Food Truck in Kauai! The food here is outstanding and truly memorable. Their poke bowls are incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the Thai dishes are just as amazing. What really blew me away was their creative fusion - some dishes beautifully blend bold Thai flavors right into a poke bowl, creating something unique and absolutely delicious. It’s not something you find everywhere, and they execute it perfectly. On top of the fantastic food, the woman running the truck is incredibly sweet and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. You can really feel the care and passion behind both the cooking and the service. This spot is a must-visit in Kauai if you love great food with a creative twist and warm, genuine hospitality. 🌺🍣🍜

The most delicious ahi tuna bowl & mango sticky rice! It was so fresh & we loved the covered seating where we could enjoy it on the spot with the local chickens keeping us company. The location is perfect coming from the airport or the close hotels nearby, and will definitely hit the spot!

Absolutely delicious Thai food! Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The portions are generous, the service is friendly, and the vibe is relaxed and welcoming. One of the best food trucks in Kauai! Highly recommend! For several days, this was our go-to dinner spot.

Absolutely delicious food! We had the yellow curry with mahi mahi, shrimp pad Thai, Thai iced tea and poke bowl with tuna and salmon. They were all fantastic. The seating area was clean and comfortable behind the food truck. Thank you for the wonderful meal!
