We, like many, came to purchase an Alaska mug. Service was exceptionally friendly during this quick trip.
The worst service I have ever encountered. I come here every day and the staff are terrible every day
The girl named Shelby is so rude and her drinks are never right!!! If I go to get my coffee and I see her I turn around and walk out. I refuse to tolerate that!
The service!!! Oh my, cranky and unfriendly!!! Customer services classes is a must
Customer service isn't what it used to be. My cashier was super cranky and unhelpful. Made my drink okay but did it with lots of attitude. I hope she has a better day.
