Starbucks Coffee Company

I had to leave before receiving my coffee order that I had paid for this morning. I stop here 3 times a week and always allow enough time even if they are busy. I understand that there is a shortage of qualified people to hire but today was ridiculous. The person before me ordered 5 drinks, not unusual except it took the batista 25 minutes to make those 5 drinks. I gave them 1 star because they have a Starbucks sign.

Very nice staff here in the morning. I have ordered drinks here 3 days in a row and they were all very good. Matcha green tea latte will always be one of my personal favorites but classic coffee is good too! I will continue to drink coffee here!

Stood at the counter for two minutes for the employees to take the order but they had like five ppl working. There was only one order ahead of us. So we waited another 5’ to get our drink, this time there was no order ahead of us. One made drink and the others stood around doing nothing. The drink came out really bad and taste just like milk btw we got charged extra compared to other Starbucks places. We ended up asking for more espresso. Really bad service and would not come back.

Starbucks was handing out samples in the Ivy store while I was grocery shopping. They featured a brownie that was absolutely delicious. They also had an Irish Cream iced coffee. I usually don't do cold coffee drinks but that one blew me away. Now I'm a fan

Granted it's located inside of HyVee, it still has the great taste of Starbucks coffee. Most of the staff is pleasant and nice. Saves a trip down south or west when u live off Merle Hay Rd.
