Starbucks Coffee Company

I went to this Starbucks and had an amazing experience. I was helped by a young girl named Doreen, and she was incredibly sweet. I had several questions about the app and worried I might be bothering her, but she was so patient and kind the entire time. She was also the only one who smiled and greeted me when I walked in, which really stood out. There was a small issue with my drink, and she had no problem remaking it for me. She was truly an angel and completely made my day. I even wanted to speak to a manager just to let them know how wonderful she was and how much of a difference her kindness made. Amazing customer service.

I visited around the release of Wicked Part One and encountered one of the kindest souls I’ve ever met. This worker was genuinely happy to be doing her job, and that gentle, welcoming energy belongs to Doreen. She was truly one of the kindest people I’ve encountered. I ordered the marshmallow krisp treats which were AMAZING, and I also got the Glinda and Elphaba Wicked edition Starbucks cups. When I think of the ideal person to take my order, it’s Miss Doreen. She carries herself with warmth, professionalism, and care. As Beyoncé said, “A diva is the female version of a hustler,” and that’s exactly what Doreen is. You are blessed to have her on your team. Please keep her. She’s one of a kind, and I look forward to coming back again.

Quiet spot for quick pick up and go or study solo. Used to be more populated prior to COVID-19, but now more of a pop in and out stop. SERVICE HERE IS ALWAYS TOP NOTCH!

This has some of the worst service of any Starbucks imaginable (which is saying something). Baristas move at a snails’ pace and glare at customers, literally daring them to complain. Drinks are made with no love, no joy. It’s corn syrup, over-roasted coffee and under-steamed milk. Somewhat saved that its lobby offers a good place to stop and sit. But seriously — do yourself a favors and go literally anywhere else.

I think they are under new management since then it’s not as welcoming at all. No one greets you very dry I actually don't look forward to coming here anymore. Sadly it’s not the same. Everyone seems to be in a mood I pray it gets better
