Carminati Creamery

This place is great but don’t get the gelato. This place had great reviews and every aspect of our experience was great except the gelato. It was honestly pretty mid. I bet the ice cream and all the other stuff they had would have been great. The gelato though kinda stank.

UPDATE: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Following my first review Carminati Creamery reached out to understand my rating/experience. Their customer service is tremendous and they apologized and promised that was not their usual and asked for me to come back again to try. Even reaching out several months later reporting the changes that had been made in light of everything. Even paying for my next visit themselves. This experience was far better in quality and creaminess. The gelato was delicious with rich flavors. It’s made right in their shop, so it’s always fresh. The customer service was friendly and welcoming. We’re looking forward to our next visit!

I ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday this month and it snowed about 6 inches overnight. Darren called me that Sunday and said even though the shop was going to be closed, he wanted her to get the cake. He delivered it to my home, driving up my (at that time) unplowed street. Not only was the cake a delicious show stopper (mint chocolate chip with chocolate crunchies and rainbow jimmies) the customer service was amazing!

I’m literally sitting outside and loving this place so much. The employees were so kind. I got the blueberry lemon and it was amazing. While we were sitting in the front they put cookies and cream in the flavor window and immediately went inside and got another. Definitely check this place out. They are small and cute and wonderfully kind. Definitely worth visiting’ They accept credit cards but have a .50 fee which isn’t a big deal, bring cash if you want to save on the fee. We will be back many times this summer
