Everytime I come to this location my matcha is terrible. The first time it came out looking like milk with no matcha. The second time I went the barista acted like she didnt know what I was talking about when I ordered. The 3rd time I ordered online because of the second hand embarrassment from ordering the second time, that came out terrible but I decided not to get it remade. My final time going I had no choice but to get my drink remade, the matcha was not mixed well at all I got a chunk of matcha powder with every sip and when I took it back in instead of the barista being happy to remake my order, he seemed to have an attitude about it and remade it the exact same. I go to the starbucks location down the street and get much better service and much better drinks with the same order. Th

This Starbucks is consistently dirty & run down on the inside. I’m not sure if they don’t have enough staff or what, but it needs to be cleaned. Boxes everywhere, the trash cans overflowing, no napkins. When I asked for more napkins because there were none accessible, the barista responded as if annoyed by my asking for napkins. Have been neglected by the staff there on multiple occasions. Customer service not great. The standards of Starbucks have declined greatly over the years unfortunately.

probably the worst drink experience i’ve ever gotten at a Starbucks or any coffee shop shop. The person who served me was clearly incompetent. I gave her my custom order that I have been ordering for months now and she told me I was wrong about my order and it wasn’t something they did. She also rudely explained it. Starbucks, do better. I have literally gotten the drink from this exact location and when I decide to not order on the app so just give my order I get told i’m wrong and what I was saying didn’t exist. The drink tasted like bitter acid. My friends drink also did not taste normal at all.

I never complain about restaurants because I try not to be a Karen but this Starbucks is so hit or miss that it’s insane. They’ve been giving me whatever drink they want to give me instead of what I actually order, today I ordered two drinks. One of them was a blonde vanilla latte and the other was a PLAIN brown sugar shaken with cf, and they just gave me two blonde vanilla lattes because I guess they didn’t feel like making my drink. This has happened to me like multiple times. That or they won’t put the cf or extra things that you order, if I’m paying $15 for two drinks, I’m going to expect that they’re made correctly. The employees are always nice but I just don’t understand what’s so hard about making coffee? I never am rude to employees because they are people too but experiencing thi
