I didn’t even customize my drink — they just changed the milk on their own and handed it to me like it was no big deal. I saw them do it. And whatever they used definitely wasn’t oat milk. It tasted completely off. I’m so done with this location. I don’t care if Urbana is farther — I’ll go there instead. At least they respect your order.
Their barista Michelle was extremely helpful finding an old receipt I needed for my expenses. It’s wonderful to see employees going above and beyond for their patrons. Thank you!
This is a super convenient location inside Weiss, and the staff couldn’t be friendlier. They keep things moving quickly and the coffee is consistent with other Starbucks locations. This will be my new go-to Starbucks stop.
Service was as good as any other StarBucks! It is NOT one of the buildings under construction. People are leaving bad reviews without even checking the supermarket, which is where it is.
If you like overpriced coffee then its your spot. Or supporting upper management.
