Starbucks Coffee Company

This Starbucks has gone down the drain. Went the other day around 8am and didn’t leave with our coffees til 845…. Absolutely ridiculous. The people they have working in the morning (when it’s literally the busiest) are beyond slow and some of them are literally incompetent. Can’t even take an order without it taking 20 minutes. There’s only one morning worker actually trying to pump orders out quickly. Hope this changes as this location is closest to my house and used to be run a lot better than this.

Normally when I go in, they’re okay but yesterday was the worst. When I went in, there were only 2 other customers in the store. So I went to the register since there was no line. The cashier was alright, but the baristas were absolutely terrible. Since I was the first one to order in line, I should have been in and out. Instead the baristas took care of all the mobile app orders and forgot about the in store customers. After 15 minutes, I asked where my two drinks were, meanwhile they were basic as can be, and they made the excuse maybe someone took mine. Nobody took mine. I was standing there the whole time and they never called my name. They just happen to ignore all the in store orders. It literally took over 25 minutes to get two drinks and it wasn’t even busy. They made my drinks,

This is your basic Starbucks. They have many options for drinks and coffee. However, the service is slow. The baristas are professional and helpful. The store is clean and inviting, inside and outside. There is parking available and an area to sit outside. Sometimes they are out of items, this happens though.

Joné is the ABSOLUTE BEST BARISTA EVER. She makes my drinks to perrrrfection. Joné is so kind and welcoming - a great server overall! The place a super clean and calm.

The people who work in this Starbucks are really sweet. I usually do a mobile order because I’m running to work and they still almost always make sure to greet me and they write smiley faces on my cup. Makes me smile! Also the store itself is always clean.
