Stopped by the Starbucks in Hot Springs, AR, and overall had a good experience. I got an iced coffee, and it was great — smooth, cold, and made just right. The place was clean, comfortable, and had a nice, relaxed vibe. Definitely a good spot to hang out for a bit. One weird thing happened, though. A homeless man who had been sitting in the lobby before and after the incident came up and grabbed my coffee right from the counter. The barista handled it really well — they were quick, professional, and immediately remade my drink without any hassle. I appreciated how calmly they dealt with it. That said, I do think the store should be a little stricter about asking people to leave if they’re causing problems. It would make things more comfortable for customers. Other than that, everything
The only Starbucks in town you can sit and relax. Everyone is so nice and the service is quick. Great job on the drinks and food!!
