❤️ Thank You Starbucks Team! ❤️ I want to give the biggest thank you to the amazing staff working the window on Saturday, November 8th! I had asked for a pup cup and was kindly told I needed to purchase something — no problem at all, I completely understand it’s a business. When I got to the window, they surprised me by giving me my drink on them for being nice about it. 🥹 It truly made my day and reminded me that good service and kind people still exist. I’m so, so thankful for their kindness and hope those ladies have a wonderful day and that something great comes their way! Thank you again, Starbucks team — you made both me and my pup very happy! ☕🐾❤️

The barista, John, told me that they didn't have decaf - which is what I wanted. He offered a decaf espresso and he saw I was not enthusiastic. He told me it would bea quick miute, he did what he needed to do and gave me just what I wanted! Exceptional - it had been a long day for me and John delivered.

Both the food and drinks are consistently good. The employees are also very kind but I am shocked that no one’s mentioned the wait time issue - It’s just plain crazy. With a line in drive thru that’s backed up, I thought inside would be a better bet - with 4 people ahead of me - I waited slightly less than 30 minutes for 1 sandwich and 1 refresher. It’s the same thing literally every time I come here - inside or out - the wait at this particular location is truly excessive

I went through the drive-through and asked for a medium cup of hot water cashier told me that we will do this just this once in a condescending manner. Told me I couldn’t just order hot water at the drive through. I never knew you couldn’t just order hot water at the drive-through, especially if you didn’t have money to purchase anything else. Not Knowing if a person is homeless or in need of hot water for their medication. Horrible service!!!! I also looked at the reviews for this Starbucks and it’s terrible. The owner should re-vamp all employees that work at the drive-through. And the reviews that got five stars are probably from the employees themselves because the service is so terrible!! Needless to say, I drove through the drive-through without getting anything. I wish Chick-fil-A

When they are slow you get your order correctly. When they are busy they will get your order wrong 9 out of 10 times. Have patience when ordering here. Otherwise store always looks clean and staff has always been very kind and accommodating.
