The Bagel and Bread House

I would like to thank the owners of The Bagel and Bread House so, so much for the donation of bagels to the Saturday breakfast at Old First Church. Everybody loves them! The bagels are good enough and all of their products are made in house. I had a whole wheat everything bagel with lox and cream cheese. I am not sure if I could pick them out of a lineup of competitors but if they taste similar to a manhattan bagel, I’d go here. Local is always better. I will also give them the edge on pricing. Coffee is ok as well.

I cannot believe that I have forgotten to leave a review for my favorite bagel place!!! This is seriously the BEST place for bagel sandwiches, spreads, or just getting bagels to bring home. My favorite is the lox spread on a bagel with red onion and capers. There is plenty of cream cheese spread and the flavor is so tasty! Please Make Sure you try this place!!!!

Lady at the front desk was in a bad mood. You don’t need to be in a customer facing position if you can’t be pleasant with customers. I usually leave a tip even if I’m getting take out. One of the only times I didn’t leave a tip. She should find a new job

Great bagels which in turn make great breakfast sandwiches. Fantastic variety and freshness! Pork roll, bacon, steak, scrapple… all the local area favorites. Located in a shopping center - quick service and Ellis coffee to boot.
