i’ve never had a bad experience with starbucks. this starbucks should have a lower rating than 4.2. i’m not going back here again. i placed a mobile order and said it should take 4-7 minutes when i was about 4 minutes away and it took about another 5-7 minutes to be made when i got there and there was only one car ahead of me and there were no customers inside either and they had already gotten some of theyre stuff. when i got to the window they still had to make it and no one even came to the window to let me know how long it would take. then i got an iced espresso with a splash of almond milk and cold foam on top and it looked layered but normally it’s mixed together and when i was handed my drink it wasnt mixed and i asked the barista to mix it and she said “it wasn’t ordered to be mix

Friendly. Only stopped for a gift card, but about 8 people greeted me. Fast service, clean bathroom. I did get asked if I wanted to add a tip to my purchase of a gift card which I thought was utterly ridiculous, as they are going to ask for more tips when the gift card is used, but that’s the society I guess we live in now. Clean place, easy to access. Good parking. Would go again to buy a gift card.

I love Starbucks! I travel a lot and no matter where I go I can always get my Chai Tea Latte. It's my comfort food on the road. This location is the one close to where I live. They are the most friendly bunch of people and know me quite well. It like we're old friends. If you haven't stopped by here lately I high recommend this location.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this Starbucks until today. The employee who took my order was really rude — he didn’t even greet me, and when I thought he was asking how I was, he was actually just asking how I was paying, clearly trying to rush me. I ordered the Gingerbread Chai, which is a holiday drink, and I didn’t even receive the red cup that’s supposed to come with it. Really disappointing service. Guess I’ll have to start going to a Starbucks with friendlier employees.

Today I ordered two matchas, the first one really bad with no matcha at all so I decided to come back later to order another one (both paid) they gave me the second one bad prepared and when I told them to put some more matcha in the barista looked at me with an awful attitude and gave me this with a hair as you can see and the match not blended. I don’t know what is happening with this location always doing something wrong or with an attitude. $11.75 dollars to the trash
