Starbucks Coffee Company

I had used this Starbucks location daily for a rental green tea fie almost 3 years now. The staff is friendly and efficient and I always leave some tip in the box. This morning I had an outrageous experience overthere as follow: a Yung lady called Gloria ( identified herself as the Manager) I've never seen her there before. Refused to give me the proper change after I asked her to deduct few cents from my one dollar tip. She said i could not deduct from the tip. Then I kindly asked her to cancel the transaction and give my money back. So she did. Then,o order the,same drink again and gave no tip. She asked me to leave the store. So tip is not mandatory, it is a courtesy. What is going on with training of Starbucks personal? TO the,head of dept of Starbucks Please please instruct this,pe

I can in a few weeks ago with my friend Racine and neither of us leave reviews but she asked me to send this one since hers was apparently the last positive review and this is definitely a set up like someone has it out for the manager. I live within walking distance and since this place opened I think last year it saved me from having to drive to rye brook for coffee. Over the past year after opening this place was horrible it kept getting worse and worse to the point that I stopped going there. My coffee was inconsistent the people were rude and the tables and floors were always dirty. We didn't know this person's name when we came in that day but if she's the heavy set woman with the shoulder length hair and white torti glasses that's the one we singled out as being the positive influen

I never leave reviews and just left one for the pizza 2000 so I stop to get a cup because it's chilly and I was surprised! This Starbucks usually sucks. The service has always been terrible and the drinks are watery or just not made correctly. Today I thought I walked into another shop. The people were friendlier and the place was actually clean! There was a new heavy set lady with glasses who seemed to be the supervisor or manager that I've never seen before and I suspect the old crew is out and this new one is being shaped up. Good work SB

The worst Starbucks I’ve been to! I ordered an iced green tea and egg bites via mobile order. When I arrived to pick it up, my drink was there and it was so dark that it must of have been a black tea made by accident. I asked the lady if this was my drink and that I ordered a green tea. She rudely said “yes it’s a green tea but I can remake it for you.” When she remade it, it was the correct, usual color. No apologies, nothing. Then, my egg bites were still so cold and they clearly did not heat it up enough. I will never be back to this location again. Go to Rye Ridge

I ordered a coffee and sat to drink it. It was so cold in there that a little while later I went back up to the counter to ask for a cup of hot water. The employee told me to go to the register. I explained to her I already purchased a drink and she said "you still have to go to the register." Is it really necessary to charge a paying customer (who just purchased a $8 coffee) for a small cup of hot water? How about turning on the heat then. It's the end of October for goodness sake. I will not be returning because I do not need to pay for an overpriced cup of coffee to drink in freezing temperatures with a side of attitude that I don't deserve.
