Starbucks Coffee Company

This is a fine Star Bucks location. The renovations have improved counter space and room for busy baristas. For the drive through service it’s fast and efficient. They have clearly fixed any issues with order times. I give them Five Stars ⭐️

I ordered two more pounds of coffee and I ordered 2 lbs of coffee and asked for it to be ground. Part way home I found the coffee scattered across the front seat of the car because the sales assistant didn't adequately close the bags (see the attached photo). Follow up: I went back again and ordered 2 more pounds of coffee. As always, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, they still do not secure the top of the bag securely. The bags are designed to have the tops folded over twice and secured with the metal tabs. It only takes another second and prevents spillage. New Follow up: I recently visited this Starbucks, and as always, the staff were exceptional. My previous criticisms were that the ground coffee bags were improperly sealed, resulting in spills. This

The staff was friendly and efficient since we were traveling and did not want to waste any time, but needed a caffein fix. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. I have save this Starbucks as a favorite and will be returning here.

Never have I been more dissatisfied with a Starbucks than I am right now! I went to that Starbucks as it was closest and because complicated drinks are supposed to be their jam. I had two people I was buying coffee for with allergies and I specifically ordered each drink with that in mind. Not only did they mess up my simple coffee but they gave both people allergic reactions by putting in the wrong ingredients. Which ended up throwing off an entire shift in store and making them both very sick. They had to take turns in the bathroom for hours while trying to work waiting for coverage as they couldn't finish their shifts. So I paid for them to get sick, be understaffed and then for them to lose hours instead of enjoying a treat as a thanks for their hard work! Are you kidding me?! You have

It was incredibly busy on Saturday, my drink took a while to make but I expected it to be. However, when I got my drink it didn't look appealing as the oat milk in one of their signature drinks was curdling. It looked very disgusting, I asked the a girl in the front with dark brown hair about it and she explained that while the oat milk isn’t expired it has to be shaken first before pouring to prevent that i guess. but still offered a remake with another milk which looked better with nonfat instead. the service this store has been routinely great, its one of my favorites!! Very attentive and friendly, in other stores it feels like a bother to get a drink remade.
