Me and my other half have been here many times, we've never had a bad experience whether we walk in or go thru drive thru, my drinks always look how they're supposed to and are great, sometimes with cute little bites on them, absolutely love that. I've seen some not so nice reviews with people that say employees are uneducated as they spell completely wrong. We all have off days and thankfully I've literally NEVER had a bad experience with employees at any Starbucks in any town. I absolutely love going to this location due to the kindness, acknowledgement and drinks always look like they're supposed to, never with foam too just poured on and thin, so thank you so much for that. I say good job, good cute indoor seating, always clean, just an overall good experience 😁

Wait time is insane for regular americano , i was on the way to sac quick stop take me 20 min to grab my coffee, only one girl working behind the counter she was nice whoever run this location need some work put one more employee on a schedule. it’s currently 12:23 PM Thursday.

Very friendly staff. Great location right off the road and plenty of parking. It’s a very cute Starbucks with seating outside and inside..

Waited 15 minutes to ask for Siracha sauce everyone tried not to make eye contact. I was ignored and never got helped. These gals need better costumer service.10/8/25 @ 9:30 am

Chelsea, aka Chels17 is the best, Everyone at this location is super sweet ! I’m happy I became a reg at the Gridley location, thank you all for being quick, Friendly and taking an extra moment for conversation; you never know what an impact that can make on someone’s whole Day !
