Butte County Library, Gridley Branch

Amazing place. Me and my girls have always felt cozy here, my youngest daughter loves the kid’s nook, with a play kitchen and lots of other toys. My older daughters are always able to utilize the computer, for recreation and educational use. Lastly, I really appreciate the movie nights provided for the community at this library. My older girls went and watched the Indiana Jones movie and had delicious pizza, the staff here are all so kind and I just can’t express my gratitude enough.

The Librarians are helpful and pleasant. "They will go the extra mile for you." They also have a new additional service where you can pick up books from their outdoor service center after hours when the library is closed. It's really convenient, I really like it.

I think it's really sad that our library is only open 3 days a week it just seems like why I have a library. Some people work all week and Saturday and Sunday only days off, inconvenient to have library open so little, that I have to drive out of town.

Do really well for a small town. Friendly and helpful. Nice story time. Great extra activities.
