Starbucks Coffee Company

Starbucks should do better. This is what I've received the last few times I've visited a Starbucks. This is a 12 fl oz cup of Cappuccino (light foam)! For the same price, my orders are noticeably short on the amount of beverage I'm used to getting. However, the customer service has improved quite a bit at this location!

I am a person who doesn't speak English. There is someone who works there who actually speaks both English and Spanish, but every time I go, they are rude. I ordered a drink and they gave me another, and I had to ask someone else for help, who is kind. I feel like they are not being nice to me. I am a regular customer there. The girl's name is Nancy.

Lady who worked in evening does not no how to make stuff she asked her coworker how to make n forget same stuff too I told her she forget mocha it doesn’t taste sweet n she give me attitude like she did put in guy who remade my drink was cool but she as manager with that attitude when I was not talking to her.

i asked for light ice and half my cup has ice, but over all it’s pretty good service but it’s just the ice issue.

They said they are closed but the website says they close at 8. The lady said she’s closed while serving another customer telling me it was closed. Idk what establishment this is but not a good one.
