Starbucks Coffee Company

All of Graham was here this morning bcuz of the power/internet outage! This Starbucks was friendly as always and so accommodating of the crowd. Thank you for all of the hard work!!! The service, food and drink is the best every single time!

This has been an issue at most locations. I visit this location several times every week. Pretty expensive for a coffee, should be made to order... Simple easy wins and kind of a basic job duty. No foam, it's on the label, not hard to spoon off the foam, but almost every day it has foam. Starbucks should care more about the quality of the product then the "time clock" on the drive through. I'd rather wait extra time to have it made correctly.

So disheartening to be treated so poorly over asking for a water. I was working with a youth who was asking for water so I offered the nearest Starbucks as I’ve never been denied a water, ever. The barista was pretty snarky and said I had to pay for a menu item if I wanted a water. I declined and offered to just pay for the cup of water. When I got to the window they charged me over $3 for a bottle of water. When I asked if I could just pay for a cup (like an extra cup charge and just have them put some ice water in the cup) they defined insisted that I had to buy the bottle of water, but then still offered me a cup of ice after I paid for the bottle of water. Like what?! Are we actually treating loyal customers this way over a cup of ice water that I offered to pay for? Is this how to be

Went thru the drive thru, ordered a pecan crunch oatmilk latte, the foam was not foamy it was bubbles and liquid like and there was no flavoring in my coffee. Just oatmilk and espresso. Tried to call the store to tell them about it and the phone number is not working.

Best hospitality out of any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The gal who helped me was so lovely and accommodating and made the experience so amazing. I don’t usually go to Starbucks, but I would go back to this one!
