Dutch Bros Coffee

Such a friendly environment with very great service. The drinks can be a little sweet if you're not specific but otherwise I have absolutely no complaints! Great local spot!

I've been to this Dutch Bros twice now and ordered the caramel pumpkin brulee latte both times. The first time it was just okay, the second time was great. Same actually goes for the customer service. Not sure where the brulee name came from but the drink was decent.

Has good coffee we typically get very friendly knowledgeable baristas, , my last visit I asked for clarification on whether or not I got soft top, the barista responded with “is that what you ordered” I responded with yes , “then that what you got” felt the tone came off condescending and dismissive.

Could not have asked for more. Coffee and service were both friendly and quick. Coffee was hot and perfect for the cool day!

This location has disappointed me twice in a row. The first time they did not put any syrups in my drinks. The customer service chat only gave me one free drink to make it right even though I had ordered two that were made wrong. The second time I stood at the pickup window for 5 minutes to get my mobile order and not a single employee even acknowledged that I was standing there. Nobody said they would be with me soon or hi or Good morning. Very disappointed in the customer service because usually this is one of Dutch Bros best qualities. I don't think I will be visiting this location anytime soon.
