I go here pretty regularly unfortunately. The consistency of the drinks is absolutely horrible. 9/10 times I always get the same drink. It never taste the same. There are times it's a chore to drink it or I just throw most of it away. The food shares the same consistency. Layout of the store (outside) was a poor design. I am considering not going to this store anymore due to the horrible drinks I have been getting lately.

Customer service for drive thru obviously needs to be restrained on customer service. When someone says they 100% KNOW what they want and are ordering then just do it. You could possibly be wasting time and make people late for work worth playing guessing games. Then rudely dismissed me after I expressed that she was going make me late for work after I already said i know what i wanted. I come to this spot once a week! I order the same stuff every time!

They obviously prioritize drive thru, watched 2 separate customers get their order made and leave who ordered after our order. Then got my drink, then they made another customers drink that was behind us, then made my daughter's lemonade order which was just a matter of getting it poured from the lemonade bulk tank. Get your crew in shape!

Driving for door dash.. the morning crew is horrendous when it comes to getting orders ready. I go and wait an upward of 15 minutes AFTER the DoorDash app says my order should be picked up. It’s a huge waste of time.. maybe if it were a drink for myself maybe it wouldn’t be soo terrible, but delivering melted drinks to customers because they make the drink and let them sit around without being packaged up is crazy! The afternoon staff is so much better!

My daughter got the strawberry lemonade and absolutely loved it lol. She has been bugging me to go for a while and she claims it was worth the wait. We don't have a Starbucks by us so finally got to stop by when we passed one. Made my daughters day thanku 🫶
