Fast service and friendly staff. I had a smooth pick-up experience here. The indoor seating is limited though they do have a couple of tables outside.

I ordered an Iced Matcha Latte with two modifications and a Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade. I gave my girlfriend her Matcha Latte and went home with my refresher. It wasn’t until I was home that my girlfriend had tried the drink and realized that they had gotten the order wrong. I drove back to this Starbucks and politely let them know that I had received the wrong drink, which they then offered to remake. When I got to the window, an older lady, maybe 40-50 years old, let me know that the burden of order accuracy was on ME, and that I should’ve checked that my order was right before leaving. My order was not repeated to me the first time, nor did they have a screen that showed what was in my order. The drink looked identical to what I wanted. I placed a mobile order for pickup at this location and requested extra foam, but the drink was filled to less than half. When I went to the window to ask about it, the employee (Iv/Ive) was very rude and unprofessional. This place used to have great customer service, but that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore.

My first time at Starbucks since the new CEO took over. Service was fast, but when I ordered a bacon, gouda, and egg sandwich, I obtained a patched up nasty patty. I blame the out of touch CEO forcing the poor workers to focus on flashy messages that customers take half a second to glance at instead of on providing quality products.

The space is small and more geared towards drive thru but we knew this going in. It was clean and pleasant. The staff were friendly and attentive even after we had a juice spill. Great customer service with friendly waves and smiles bye as we left.
