Health Pack Meals

As a part of my job I find myself all over the DMV and beyond and so I enjoy trying new places and new concepts. Every once in a while I find a “wow” place. That is what happened today. The theme of my lunch hunt was “healthy” and Healthy Pack Meals showed up in my search results. I’m so fortunate to have had this experience. Just wow. First impressions are always important and Lev, the owner and founder greeted me the moment I opened the door. Learning it was my first experience here, Lev shared the concept and walked me through the menu and options. I appreciated not being expected to figure things out on my own and not being rushed. Can’t say enough great things about Health Pack. The food is incredibly fresh and flavorful. I ordered the Mediterranean steak with sautéed mushrooms and it was amazing. The steamed carrots are my personal favorite. If you’re looking for high-quality food made with care, I highly recommend this place. Lev is great!

I love that I can drop in to Health Pack Meals and grab a tasty and very nutritious bowl for lunch. The owners and staff are very friendly and answer all my questions about the different meals. I also love buying their protein in bulk so I can make meals at home when I’m too tired to make dinner or want to switch up my food intake. The low sodium and low oil meal are great as well. Extremely delicious, 1million percent healthier and tastier than chipotle & Cava. Didn’t feel heavy at all after this meal. Workout was a breeze. Definitely going again!
