Starbucks Coffee Company

So, I’ve had the unfortunate experience of encountering the worst customer service at this Starbucks location twice. The first time, I had ordered my coffee through the mobile app and picked it up at the drive-thru within six minutes. However, they informed me that I couldn’t do that. Today, at the drive-thru, the person handling my order was not only unfriendly but also rude. 2 years later and I absolutely lovvveee the morning crew at my local Starbucks! Its the cheerfulness, motivational messages on my drink, great customer service and perfect orders for me...thank you!!!!

Always a friendly place to come in and get a drink when you're taking a break or just want to chat with a friend. I can say I've been here many times I've never had unpleasant service. I will say that there is a wait for getting frappuccinos but that seems to be transcendent to All Starbucks.

People are very nice. They get your drink right but has anyone else noted that they always short your drinks at this location? I have been paying attention. Every other location will give you a full drink. This one will constantly shorts your drinks. Hwy 13 location next to Gators in Fruit Cove
