This morning 11:04am, eight cars in front of me, still get my favorite morning hot drinks Pumpkin Spice Cafe Latte Venti at 11:16am. Pretty impressive speed! Keep it up guys! Mocha Cookie Crumble is my all time favorite and Michael and Mina make it so perfect! I am 100% enjoying my drink in this location! The staffs here are friendly every time I walk in. Im a starbucks barista, and came into the cafe today. I ordered a cold foam cold brew blended and asked for it blended with an ask me for no sugar frap base. The barista assured me not too kindly that no frap base would be put in as it isn’t a frappe, however whether they do or not varies by store I find. The drink was made great, however I do think more politeness would benefit customers who want to modify their drinks. Customers don’t always know what they are ordering or how to order what they want and it’s important to stay polite and understanding of where they might be coming from.

I’m deeply disappointed by my recent experience at this Starbucks location. I ordered the new vegan falafel pocket, but was mistakenly given a pita filled with meat and cheese — despite the bag being labeled correctly. As an ethical vegan, this was extremely upsetting. Beyond personal preferences, mistakes like this can be dangerous for people with allergies or dietary restrictions. I tried contacting the store for a refund, but the line was continuously busy, so I will be reaching out to corporate. I sincerely hope Starbucks takes steps to prevent incidents like this in the future.

Every time I order from Door Dash or Uber, I order the drink warm and it comes extra hot 🔥. When I order from my Starbucks app it is always correct. I thought it was Door Dash but it was the same with Uber eats so it must be something in your ordering system that prints incorrectly.
